- Signage. We use lead capture signage in front of your house to capture anyone driving by looking for info. We have to ability to call them directly before they leave your street to talk to them about your house.
- Open House. At your request, we will hold a Mega Open House! We will invite 50 of your closest neighbors, use 25-50 open house signs, and advertise the Open House on social media sites using target marketing in order to get the best possible turn out for you!
- Proactive Prospecting. Most agents do the 3 P’s of real estate. They Put a sign in the yard, Put it on the MLS and they Pray another agent comes along and sells it. We do the 4th P. We actively Prospect to find a buyer for your house. We do this by making weekly phone calls to the top 20% of Realtors in your area to talk about your house and to keep the spot light on your house. 33% of people surveyed say they found the house they bought because their Realtor took them to see it. - Feedback. This is so important but so few agents do it. We commit to weekly calls to you to provide feedback from potential buyers and market updates.
